Atlanta Falcons coach Dan Quinn said wide receiver Julio Jones, nursing a toe sprain, is out for Sundays matchup with the San Francisco 49ers.Well likely have a number of them back next week, Quinn said of Jones and some of the other injured players.Jones did not participate in full-team practice this week, though he did go through walk-throughs. On Friday, he spent the early portion of practice catching footballs in the corner, then went through a light jog.Jones, who leads the NFL with 1,253 receiving yards, will miss his second consecutive game with the toe sprain. Quinn initially called it turf toe but retracted his original statement to clarify the injury wasnt as serious.Although the Falcons will be down their top receiver again, they will get No. 2 receiver Mohamed Sanu back from a groin strain, Quinn said.
